There are challenges and events for all ages! Stay busy this summer at the library with reading challenges, family events, performers, Storytime, prizes, lunch, and more!
Register for the Summer Reading Program
You may begin logging reading activities at anytime, but earn entries into the challenge between June 8 - July 31.
Weekly programs (on Wednesdays) are offered throughout the program for kids but are also great for parents and caregivers to learn with their little ones. Don't forget about the Summer Celebration at the end of the program at the Racine Library! These events happen on Wednesdays, at the Racine Library OR Pomeroy Library. Please check the schedule carefully to note locations from week to week.
**PLEASE NOTE: programs which are scheduled to take place outdoors may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Stay up-to-date with any scheduling changes on the library's Facebook page. You may also call the library at 740-992-5813.

Wiggle Giggle Read - Bring your babies and toddlers to the Pomeroy Library on Thursday mornings for music and movement with Ms. Anna! We will sing about being kind and talk about the differences that make us all special this summer! Each Thursday at 10:30 AM.

Storytime @ the Branches
Stay busy with weekly stories and crafts featuring themed activities based on our performers each week! Summer Story Time sessions will begin the week of June 2nd and end on July 25th.
Lunch at the Library
Bagged lunches for children ages 0 - 17 will be provided at each of the events this summer, while supplies last.
Teen Tuesdays
Stay busy this summer at the library! We'll have events for ages 13-17 throughout the summer at the Racine Library and Pomeroy Library. Make messes! Bring friends! Complete fear factor challenges, get crafty, learn a new skill, listen to live music with buddies at the Racine Library...there's plenty of options this summer. The schedule, each begins at 4:00 PM:

Music Nights @ the Library
Family-friendly fun! On select Fridays throughout the summer we'll host musicians at the Racine Library Pavilion! Plus, yard games and food trucks! These sessions are sponsored by Home National Bank.
