Small-Scale Season Extension Gardening Techniques. Want to get a head start on that frost in the fall? Maybe you would like to get your garden up and growing a few weeks faster than our unpredictable spring weather allows. Learn the basics of small-scale season extension techniques to increase the length of your growing season. We’ll learn how to create a “mid-tunnel” greenhouse structure using inexpensive and readily available materials.

This is one of a series of programs offered in partnership with the OSU Extension Office. The Gardening Series will be held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Pomeroy Library in the Riverview Room at 11:00 am.
